Payment and cancellation policies

Payment policy

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made prior to the conference. An electronic confirmation will be sent to confirm receipt of payment.

Residents/Medical Students

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee and receipt of the letter from your program director or chairman of department to confirm your registrant category are required to complete the registration.

Royal College Resident Affiliates may provide their membership number as confirmation of registrant category.

Cancellation policy

Requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at icre@royalcollege.ca by October 3, 2022.

Cancellation requests received in writing by October 3, 2022, are eligible for a refund of 75 per cent of the paid registration fee. There will be no refunds after this date, though substitution within the same category is permitted. Refunds may be processed after the conference.
