The Program Administrators Conference fee gives you unlimited access to all program content. PA Conference program content will be recorded and you can view at your own pace and leisure for up to one-month post-conference.

Payment and cancellation policies

Payment policy

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made prior to the conference. An electronic confirmation will be sent to confirm receipt of payment.

Refund/Cancellation policy

Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at paconference@royalcollege.ca by October 4, 2021. Cancellation requests received in writing by October 4, 2021 are eligible for a refund of 75 per cent of the registration fee. There will be no refunds after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Payments by credit card will show billing from “Royal College”. Electronic funds transfers are not accepted as payment for the conference.
