THE EVENT
The ICRE is a global forum for those involved in residency education to share ideas, challenges, innovations, and advance training. The Royal College is seeking partners who would like the unique opportunity to meet and network with key medical education influencers from around the globe. The theme of this year’s conference is From Caring for Patients to Protecting our Planet: Advocacy in Residency Education.

Be advised that all times listed above are in Atlantic Time (AT) and are subject to change.
Those organizations wishing to exhibit at ICRE pre-conference events may do so for an additional nominal fee. Please contact Sandy McKenzie at ICRE@royalcollege.ca for more information.
ELIGIBILITY
The ICRE planning team, in its sole discretion, will determine the eligibility of any applicant to participate at the 2023 conference, as well as the suitability for display of each product or service that such participants intend to display during the exhibit. All activities occurring in your booth must be in keeping with the educational nature of the exhibit and must not disrupt the activities of other exhibitors.
ICRE is not available for pharmaceutical participation.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
The ICRE planning team cannot be required to accept advice from a sponsor as a condition of receiving financial support. The specific interests of any sponsor must have no direct or indirect influence on any aspect of the development, delivery or evaluation of an accredited CPD activity.
All Sponsors must comply with the National Standard for Support of Accredited CPD Activities.
ASSIGNMENT OF BOOTHS
Application forms will be date-stamped and numbered upon receipt. Once sponsor booth assignments have been confirmed, accepted exhibitor applicants whose fees have been paid in full will be contacted to select their booth. Booth selection will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to those exhibitors who have applied and paid in full, and will be confirmed in writing. Be advised that the floor plan may be subject to change.
The signature of an authorized signing authority shall be binding on the Exhibitor and shall express acceptance of all conditions of the Exhibition.
INFORMATION PACKAGE
Once the application and payment are received and booth assignment is confirmed, an Exhibitor’s Kit will be sent to the identified contact. This package will include the rules and regulations governing the Exhibit, equipment and service order forms, as well as information regarding material handling and shipping. Exhibitors will be responsible for any costs that may be incurred as a result of their requirements. A company description, sales representative contact information and the names of booth personnel will be requested at this time.
PAYMENT
All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference, no later than September 7, 2023. (Fees are quoted in Canadian dollars.)
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to ICRE c/o Sandy McKenzie at ICRE@royalcollege.ca. Cancellations received before April 28, 2023 will be subject to an administrative fee of 10%. Cancellations received between May 1 and June 30, 2023 will receive a refund of 50%. Cancellations after June 30, 2023 will not be refunded.
